Time to make tracks to COLORFUL COLORADO!

![]() MAC & MARY have folded another page in Leadville's historical building history!
First the Tabor Home and Museum, then the MILWAUKEE Building and now the
HYMAN BLOCK.
Leadville is so fortunate to have Matt and Annie in town (young - by our standards). Also
highly energetic, personable and friendly- all apt adjectives for them.
We encourage you to drop in and welcome them to town. Their endeavor has
been 9 months (women can relate to that!!) in the making; we, for one, are so happy to count
them as OUR newest friends in Leadville. When it stops snowing up there, we
will make the drive as patrons..... but, alas, we cannot be one of their FIRST CUSTOMERS.
BUT ...... you
all CAN!! Both of us urge you to give them a warm welcome as soon as you can! Whether it
be a BURGER, a "BUD" or a "COORS " (... don't think Millers has a brewery in Colorado!).
We promise you won't be disappointed. Both Matt and Annie really deserve a warm,
western Leadville welcome!! As well as your support and recommendation.
You know, we had quite a few folks look at our building, but only MATT & ANNIE (yes, even at
their young age) had a true love of history, Leadville and a committment to both. Despite many obstacles-
they now are ready to serve you in the historic and NEWLY renovated.... Doc Holliday's Bar and Grill.
Leadville (and the dining community) is TREMENDOUSLY BLESSED to have Matt and Annie.
Join us in saying so long to DOC HOLLIDAY'S of Leadville! and...
* WELCOME... DOC HOLLIDAY'S Bar and Grill !!! *
and MATT and ANNIE, props.
Sincerely, MAC and MARY MCVICAR

Howdy pardners! and now...
![]() ... Doc Holliday's of Leadville says, so long pardners!
and, HOWDY! - DOC HOLLIDAY'S Bar and Grill
===================================================================================
Did you know that Doc Holliday ~ gambler, gunfighter, cardsharp and close friend of both Wyatt Earp and Katie Elder - aka: Big Nose Kate ~ was a resident of a bustling, bonanza boomtown located high in the Colorado mountains named LEADVILLE in the 1880s?
It was at the heighth of that town's mining boom days, in 1884, that he shot Billy Allen in the Hyman Saloon ~ present-day home to
DOC HOLLIDAY'S Bar and Grill and { previously - from 1990 through 2007 } BONANZA TRADING Co.
and DOC HOLLIDAYS of Leadville. Western and Southwest history fans alike gravitate to the town and this building
~ which immediately adjoins the Historic TABOR OPERA HOUSE ~ whenever possible.
For more on Leadville, where "history comes alive", and our new 1890's "EATERY" ~ spend a few more minutes on this site. Better yet,
schedule a stop in our quaint town when making your next vacation or holiday travel plans. Hope to see you then!
